Never buy insurance directly from the carrier, it cuts out the agent to save you a dime and you lose out BIG time on the service you should receive. “The first thing I want to say is the review left by Will D. on 9/23/2016 should be taken very lightly. This person’s complaint is entirely on him. The information provided at the time of a quote clearly explains payment options. Anyone who didn’t understand the difference between a pay in full discount vs. a monthly payment plan simply didn’t pay attention from the onset. Now, for my experience … after doing business for 30 years with a large company that only sells its “brand,” I decided to shop with independent agents. After numerous attempts to get some local area agents to be responsive (return phone calls, emails, etc.), I ran across CIA in Mt. Juliet. That’s when I finally found someone knowledgeable with a focus on customer service.
